Lead the scrum team using Agile methodology and scrum practices to enable successful delivery and ways of working among EB & ATM team
Coordinate sprints planning, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups and support Leadership Scrum and other delivery cadence to ensure agile delivery and fast iteration
Encourage the timely completion of tasks in a cost-effective manner and ensure top quality results and establish actionable feedback loop
Identify and engage the relevant stakeholders and business partners to design the delivery of the appropriate cadence for stakeholder engagement with their buy-in
Work with squad leads to handle new requests and remediate backlog
Proactively identify potential impediments or risks and problem-solve or escalate appropriately
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. stakeholders) and design change communication strategy in partnership with business partners
Develop communication strategy and lead and manage execution with advanced copy-writing, editing and story-telling skills
Use insights and SME input to create impactful communication and effective collaboration via different channels and mediums
