Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within HR IT, HR and Supporting Functions
Work closely with their respective Portfolio Manager, the HR IT Supporting Technology team and their senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of their project/programme with the wider change portfolio and group strategy, values and behaviour
Lead end to end execution and responsibility for all aspects of the project/programme, including definition, planning, execution & implementation, governance & control, financial, resource and change management
Act as a member of the HRIT Supporting Technology Leadership Team in the region
Entity Manager responsibilities for the HRIT Supporting Technology Team in the region
Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimises the programme/project plan to maximise benefits and minimise risk. Develops the plan within constraints, considering the delivery approach, key milestones and dependencies within the plan, requirements and scope, effort and resources, budgets and quality.
Partnering with value stream leads to shape the strategy for aligning HR technology with wider HSBC collaboration and workplace technology, including Process Intelligence & Automation, Mobile HR and Innovation.
Works closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together teams; actively managing dependencies between these teams and other projects and programmes
Promotes pace and energy within the team and leads by example
Representing HRIT at cross-functional Digital Workplace forums and design groups
Providing internal consultancy to HR Service Owners and IT Product Managers to shape product backlogs and roadmaps
Delivering impactful communications and engagement for senior IT and HR execs, covering, for example, HRIT successes, trends and statistics
