- Windows / VMware Administration
- OS Troubleshooting, Performance Counters, Disk Administration
- VMware / ESX Infrastructure – Administration and Troubleshooting
- Windows server patching and Vulnerability remediation
- Knowledge on Storage – SAN / NAS and Networking
- PowerShell scripting mandatory
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- NetBackup’s, Antivirus agent Troubleshooting
- Perform Start/End of Day checklist and produce SOD/EOD reports
- Monitor Service Management mailbox
- Identifies and maintains a key stakeholder list
- Look for opportunities to improve Service management process
- Ensure Service quality is maintained
- Ensure Housekeeping activities are processed as per plan
- Ensure best practices are implemented in all BluePrism environments/instances
- Ensure to drive the service recovery as per Require Time Objective
- Ensure all outage/degrade incidents have RCA completed
