Perform SCCM infrastructure upgrades, configuration, support and maintenance. Take lead to drive other teams for new initiatives related to SCCM.
Provide 24 x7 support on SCCM service following a global Rota and follow-the-sun support.
Proactively plan and manage the upgrade of SCCM servers and SCCM clients.
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for SCCM infrastructure.
Troubleshooting of incidents, including joining crisis call and working with teams and vendors for a resolution.
Adhere to internal process to support the service, including change management, and incident management policy.
Responsible for the troubleshooting of incidents, including joining crisis call and working with teams and vendors for a resolution.
Ensures that SCCM infrastructure meets the service availability metrics by monitoring SCCM and Adaptiva services, client healthiness, performance tuning and capacity planning & troubleshooting advanced SCCM related issues.
Perform pro-active analysis on day-to-day work to obtain automation on deliveries thereby reducing repetitive and standardized tasks/processes. Automate processes wherever possible/feasible.
Ensure appropriate documentation is created or kept up to date.
