Job Description

  • Perform SCCM infrastructure upgrades, configuration, support and maintenance. Take lead to drive other teams for new initiatives related to SCCM.
  • Provide 24 x7 support on SCCM service following a global Rota and follow-the-sun support.
  • Proactively plan and manage the upgrade of SCCM servers and SCCM clients.
  • Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for SCCM infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting of incidents, including joining crisis call and working with teams and vendors for a resolution.
  • Adhere to internal process to support the service, including change management, and incident management policy.
  • Responsible for the troubleshooting of incidents, including joining crisis call and working with teams and vendors for a resolution.
  • Ensures that SCCM infrastructure meets the service availability metrics by monitoring SCCM and Adaptiva services, client healthiness, performance tuning and capacity planning & troubleshooting advanced SCCM related issues.
  • Perform pro-active analysis on day-to-day work to obtain automation on deliveries thereby reducing repetitive and standardized tasks/processes.  Automate processes wherever possible/feasible.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is created or kept up to date.
