1. Must be expert on all Low Voltage Switchgear Products

2. Must be have 3-4 years work experience in EP Products

3. Must be have knowledge on commissioning of EP Products like ACB, MCCB, EMS, Cloud Network, Simo code, Soft starter etc through communication protocol

4. Must be have marketing skills on EP business like AMC, Retrofit, spares, EMS, Digitalization, Net working, Smart Panel retrofits, IMCC promotions

5. To provide customer support for any service requirements at short notice to ensure customer satisfaction

6. To monitor and handling the existing AMC customers for timely engineer deputation for PM activities, On time renewal, Call handlings like warranty and out of warranty cases to ensure timely closure in the system with customer delight.

7. Must have knowledge on networking architecture and its execution

8. Compliance to EHS and statutory requirements

9. Must be capable of handling service business for Tamil Nadu and Kerala
