Working closely with the Global Gatekeepers, Regional Domain Owners and Application Owners to analyze and understand the requirement of an application and performing due diligence prior to approving an application packaging request.
Ensure that license details of each and every application are thoroughly checked and a softcopy of the license agreement is taken wherever applicable.
Analyse new applications while approving a packaging TSR to ensure there is no duplication of technology.
Ensure HSBC standard (FIM guidelines, FOS and Technical Reference Model) are followed while approving a packaging request.
