ServiceNow Developer

Grade – 7

Experience: Overall 5+ years

ServiceNow: 3+ Years

Modules managed in ServiceNow: Should have fair idea about all ITSM modules with good hands on experience in atleast below

1. Incident Management

2. Change Management

3. Problem Management

4. Request Management

5. Configuration Management

Additional modules (good knowledge if not working experience)

1. AMDB

2. Release Management

3. Survey Management

4. Agile 2.0

5. Virtual Agent                                                                

6. Artificial Intelligence

7. Machine Learning

8. Agent Workspace

9. Walk-up experience

10. Agent & NOW Mobile app customization

11. Knowledge Management

Key Areas:

1. Strong in Integrations in ServiceNow. Should have done atlease 1 H2H Integrations (ITSM tool to ITSM tool bi-derectional) & 1 Tools Integrations (e.g. Splunk, Netcool, SNOW CMDB, Solarwinds, Truesight etc)

2. Should have worked as a team member in some of the instance upgrade activities like cloning, skip reviews etc

3. Should have good experience working on Domain Separated instance

4. Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis

Components worked on (must have):

1. Workflows

2. Service Portal

3. Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etc

Components worked on (nice to have):

1. Flow designer
2. Integration Hub

Minimum Certifications:

1. ServiceNow Admin

2. ServiceNow Developer

3. ITIL Foundation

Certifications (nice to have):

1. ServiceNow ITSM Specialist
