What you will do

  • Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
  • Excellent Social and communication skills

You will bring

  • This position is required to ensure product and 3PP software releases implementations in MFS customer environments
  • Secure realistic time plan of upgrade with customer projects (accountable) based on EWP product roadmap and associated 3PPs (Oracle, RHEL, HSM, syslog)
  • Release Upgrade implementation effort estimation standardization
  • Ensure competence readiness on the latest release for Upgrade Team as Line Manager.
  • Align competence building with FFI/FNI plan with DU
  • Ensure effort/cost efficiency in upgrades.
  • Secure resources from different unit and functions on timely basis.
  • Consult and agree with DU Experts on upgrade approach and execution plan
  • Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization
  • Drive performance management (process)
  • Management Reporting on periodic basis.
  • Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
  • Minimum years of relevant experience: 8 – 14 years
  • Location: Gurgaon/ Noida
