Design and Develops IT Solutions. Leverage Agile and DevOps practices to build their IT solutions. They understand the business value their IT Solutions deliver. They understand how to develop on multiple development platforms (i.e. Salesforce and MS Azure). They work in small Development Teams owning the Sprint Backlogs. They continuously look for opportunities to create more efficient DevOps processes leveraging automation, new (ARB approved) tools, and exploring new development platforms together with DevOps Engineers. They work hand-in-hand with Operations Engineers to improve flow between Development and Operations to deliver value faster. 

Qualifications

Minimum of 7-10 years of Salesforce design and development experience for greenfield implementation on Salesforce platform

– Hands on Technical development experience in Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Java Script, HTML, CSS and SQL is must

– Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and Salesforce Platform Developer 2 certification is must

– Experience with Agile methodology – Integration experience using web API frameworks like SOAP or REST

– Experience with CI-CD toolchain like Jenkin, Azure DevOps or Copado

– Understanding of any cloud Platform like Azure/AWS is an added advantage

– Strong leadership, innovation and interpersonal teamwork skills

– Strong passion for technology and ability to demonstrate technology to add business value

– Ability to effectively communicate with all internal and external stakeholders

– Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
