Context for the new role

One of the strategic focus for VIL is to expand its digital footprint and find ways to engage with our customers with new and unique solution. Gaming is of one the many drivers that will help us achieve this goal.

Core objective is to build strategic partnerships with key players in the Gaming industry

Job purpose

  • Client on-boarding and account management  
  • Build a versatile product (drive tech integrations) in co-ordination with various stakeholder across the organization
  • Post launch prepare and manage monthly user engagement and event calendars 
  • Manage end to end product development and program management
  • Tracking performance against key milestones
  • MIS & Finance reporting, payouts and revenue reconciliations

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Account Management: Onboard partners on VIL finance & tech systems, drive contract finalization & signing
  • Revenue Reporting: Manage revenue reporting, manage & validate invoices, payouts and reconciliation with partners. Process ownership with internal finance / SCM
  • Track project management plan for all ongoing projects across categories, present project implementation dashboards to the Partnerships Lead to facilitate business review & course corrections
  • Support in the GTM execution

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

2-5 years’ experience in project/program management in a game development company managing end – to – end development cycle

2-3 years’ experience in partner management

2-3 years of game distribution and publishing

 

Holistic knowledge of the gaming industry – casual games, real money games, play to earn models, various free to play gaming platforms, knowledge of e-sports and cloud gaming.

 

Operations Expertise, Analytical, Team Work, Persuasive, Industry/market knowledge,  Nimble, Broad Perspective, Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners, Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Post-Graduate, MBA preferred
