Job Purpose

Handle commercial contracts in the area of

  1. Digital Platforms (Music, Video, Games & Health/Jobs).
  2. Asset Monetization (Mobile Advertising, Credit Insights, Direct Carrier Billing, Location & Mobile Authentication).
  3. Contract Management

Also handling the Negotiations for Devices – 4G/5G MIFI devices, IOT Devices & Handsets/I-Pads for Enterprise Managed Mobility.

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

 

Content & Platform Contracts for Digital Apps

Content buying for Music Application, Video on Demand Application and any other key tie-ups in the Content domain.

 

Platform deals for the Digital Apps (Movies, Games, News& Mag, Music)

  • Handle the Content Producers, Labels, Technology partners for Long Term contracts
  • Release of Term Sheets, LOI and Contracts.
  • Develop new commercial models to manage Risks and Costs
  • Co-ordinate with Business, Legal, Regulatory, Data Privacy and Finance/Legal Teams
  • Monitor consumption and MIS

Internal alignment with Legal, Regulatory, Finance and Tax

  • Yearly review of existing contract commercial rates.
  • Benchmark commercial rates for new and existing contracts
  • Regular updation of contracts on ARIBA
  • Coordinate wit

 

 

Devices – 4G/5G MIFI devices, IOT Devices & Handsets/I-Pads

 

  • Compile requirements from Enterprise & Retail teams.
  • Incorporate any regulatory requirements.
  • Float RFP, support negotiations and release of contracts
  • Support the user teams for testing of 4G MIFI / IOT devices through third party testing vendors and help in troubleshooting.
  • Periodic review of commercial rates.
  • Develop new vendors
  • SOP of devices – dispatch to circles, WH & inter circle transfers

 

 

Data Monetization Revenue Partnerships in areas of Mobile Advertising, Credit Insights, Location, Direct Carrier billing etc

Commercial and contractual closure of adjunct Enterprise business solutions like Device Locking, Platforms for Sales, Service, Channel Partnerships etc. in line with the overall Business Objectives

  • Identification of partners in the area of Data Monetization.
  • Commercial Negotiations for Revenue, Minimum Guarantee.
  • Co-ordinate with Business, Legal, Regulatory, Data Privacy and Finance/Legal Teams
  • Release of Term Sheets, LOI and Contracts.
