Job Purpose

Support circle in increasing consumer business revenue, through error free campaign execution. Tracking campaigns & identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

 

Campaign Operations

  • Ensure end to end error free campaign execution in a time bound manner
  • Using all communication mediums optimally, tracking capacity utilization & planning expansion
  • Responsible for rigor & governance, quality checks and audits.

 

Campaign analysis

  • Ensure constant insights and inputs on campaign performance vs CG and UCG
  • Campaign results to include all channels
  • Benchmarking across circles on medium/verbiage

 

Business development /Processes & Compliance

  • Developing automated work processes to achieve high level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Managing scripts, calendar, frequency and other aspects of communication

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Graduates/MBA with 4-5 years of experience handling customer campaign

Experience of handling team

Good command over Computers.

Good communication skills, analytical mindset

Must have technical / professional qualifications
