Job Purpose

To provide strategic business qualitative analysis and qualitative inputs to senior management and team members. Focus is to lead the analysis of complex business problems and proactively identify solutions to meet business objectives.  

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Derive quantitative targets to drive business KPIs and analysis of business performance, COCA and cost optimization
• Achieve business KPIs and management directives through proper planning and monitoring
• Create intuitive and creative dashboards that help function and management to get meaningful business information and help in taking key business decisions
• Automation and digitization of key sales and distribution processes and adoption
• Deliver ad-hoc business requirements and projects to improve sales and distribution

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• Exposure to sales and distribution function
• Working knowledge of MS Office and SQL
• Hands on experience in sales operations
• Effective analytical and communication skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications
