Job Description

      The Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing will be partner to brands to devise digital marketing & new, relevant forms of media in order to transform the way our India brands connect with their target consumers for the respective portfolios. This role will be the bridge to bring alive the ‘How’s’ of digital, from communication planning, campaign strategy, design, and execution, hence has to sit at
the cusp of both brand and digital teams. This role would be the key stakeholder in driving the overarching
digital agenda of the organization and integrating the same into brand marketing
interventions.

      The role holder will be
responsible for –
  • Brand Communication planning/ Campaign
    strategy + Design

  • Digital Content – Advertising Moments,
    Films, seek out, brand website content, etc.

  • Content Syndication, Sponsorships,
    Influencers, Digital ambassadorship.

       Key Deliverables –
  • Brand wise digital AOPs with digital
    creative partners

  • Digital campaign approach and strategy
  • Campaign design with agency partners
  • Data-driven Creative strategies,
    plan assets, and messaging with creative agencies

  • Tag team with the Digital media team to
    arrive at a cohesive strategy and rollout with media teams

  • Coordinating measurements and KPI
    tracking with the CMIE team

  • A/B testing and learning and applying
  • Creative/media innovation


Requirements

Education qualification & Work Experience – 
MBA – Marketing, Advertising or Communications graduates with 5+ years of relevant
experience. 
The candidate should be well versed in full-funnel marketing.
