Providing excellent service to the BB Customers by managing their Transactional, AC Servicing and HSBC NET set up, Trade net requirements and all other service requirements of the Transaction banking & lending customers post account opening.
Managing regulatory submission, deadlines, communication, recording and managing internal Complaint management procedures, policies with regard to Client servicing and banking servicing needs.
Liaising with the internal product partners, operations and stake holders for executing the Customer servicing and Transactional requirements. Key to be part of Digital migration of customers from manual mode.
Managing the client expectation and servicing with customer centricity is the key responsibility.
Adhering to the all internal process, procedure, SOP and Compliance guidelines applicable to the above role.
