Job Description

Job Profile :
-Work directly with the Head of Marketing on various tasks related to Strategy & Business Planning
-Primary and secondary research on market, competition, etc along with support for new category launches
-Support decision-making through fact based data analysis; identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the P&L and communicate the insights across the team
-Ensure timely collation of critical business related data including Order Book, Business Outlook, Dispatch & FG etc. through reviews with team
-Implement an Innovation led approach across strategic categories and drive the P&L by working on pricing and developing capabilities & supply efficiencies
-New Business development by working with regional teams for on-boarding customers newer segment pan India as well as support the exports team
-Continuously evaluate new initiatives and work with operations team for faster TATs, product development, quality and service to ensure customer satisfaction & retention
-Identify and resolve bottlenecks that impact the timely progress of running orders
-Complete ownership to oversee the supply chain & operations for key accounts in newer segment by supporting Key Account managers and Regional Sales managers
-Lead the Business’ InnoPack campaign and work with cross functional teams to drive innovation, investments, sales pitch and marketing of the campaign in different forums
-Interact with the start-up ecosystem to identify opportunities for collaboration in the fields of sustainable packaging and new age materials for packaging
-Work on building new Business vertical to create a brand of standardized packaging for food service segment via a direct to consumer (D2C) channel


Requirements

-First principle thinking with data skills & hands-on experience with a multi-functional team
-Seeking a new professional challenge and a role with critical responsibility and ownership that provides enormous growth potential
-Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
-Understands the importance of customer centricity as a principle
-Hands on experience with Excel with an understanding of data and trend analysis
-Excellent communication skills
-Product knowledge of consumer packaging (mono cartons & flexible laminates) is a plus
Qualifications :
Should be an Engineering graduate/MBA from premier institute with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
