Job Description
- This position is part of IADS practice
- Experience in creating business requirement / functional requirement document
- Very high attention to detail
- Well versed in note taking, analyzing the process
- Document the client requirement by studying the business process and SOP documents
- Documents process of moderate to high complexity
- Design a solution by applying suitable design patterns for automation development with industry standard
- Participate in functional testing
- Participates in client/ external interactions on process matters
- Collaborate between project stakeholders and technical configurators to communicate between each other their requirements and to ensure that the technical configuration meets the business requirements
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to speed up user feedback cycles and E2E delivery timelines
- Identify ways to improve performance and robustness
- Provide regular and effective progress updates to ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (both verbal & written) skills
- Willing to learn and work across multiple technologies
