About the Position:

Advanta is looking for Crop Manager – Field Crops to be based out of Hyderabad, India and with the below skills and attributes.

Key responsibilities and skills Include:

  • Experience in Field crops marketing of products, designing and delivering the strategy.
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of marketing and distribution of Field crop products and associated regulatory requirements
  • Commercial acumen – Experience in understanding sales planning, forecasting and ability to work closely with sales leadership
  • Develop annual budgets and setting goals for respective locations and teams.
  • Train and guide the sales team and marketing team on Field crops on regular intervals.
  • Skills in negotiation and build and maintain network of Field crops dealers
  • Hold on Field Crops markets across the country
  • Coordinating with business heads and key stakeholders in implementing the strategy both long term and short term

Key Deliverables Include:

  • Establishing marketing objectives by understanding the forecasting keeping annual sales targets in focus and determining annual gross-profit plans for the Field team.
  • Meeting with key clients, and assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships, facilitating negotiations and closing deals.
  • Reviewing and analysing product portfolio performance against sales budgets to determine effectiveness.

Networking with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Nutrition business.
