Job Description

What
you'll do

·         Understand business needs and
objectives

·         Develop strategies for effective
data analysis and reporting from various sources

·         Measure the ROI of advertising
campaigns

·         Report on marketing KPIs like, conversion
rates, ROI, Attribution, website traffic, and social media engagement

·         Track email campaign metrics
(delivery, open, click-through rates)

·         Track important SEO metrics
including organic traffic, conversion rates, and time spent on page

·         Recommend website and campaign
optimizations

·         Conduct competitive research and
analyze bench marking data

·         Provide competitive analysis on
various companies' market offerings.

·         Perform competitive analysis and
identify gaps in our content or areas of improvement in our web design

·         Build systems to transform raw data
into actionable business insights

·         Identify habits of our online
customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

·         Work closely with sales and
marketing teams to identify opportunities for new customer acquisition

·     Standardized Reporting: Work with
internal stakeholders to determine ongoing business intelligence needs in order
to design, develop and produce ongoing reports and dashboards to support the
business.

·    Set up and Manage Tracking
Mechanisms: Work with web developers to implement new tracking tools and ensure
they are working properly on an ongoing basis.

·         Bringing new ideas to the table
relating to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets, and ways of
working.


Requirements

What you'll need

·     1+ years of work experience as a
Marketing Analyst or Market Research Analyst or Data Analyst or Business Data
Analyst or similar role

·         Ability to identify target audience
preferences and trends

·         Ability to interpret large amounts
of data and to multi-task

·        Search engines, web analytics, and
business research tools acumen

·        Knowledge of Excel, R/Python, and
SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data
Studio, PowerBI)

·         Strong communication and
presentation skills

 

Strong
analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and
disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy
