Job Purpose

Manage and grow the asset monetization businesses through leveraging pillars of growth such as enhancing the scope of the existing channels as well as new products or partners

  • Direct Carrier Billing & Couponing

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Business Development

  • Identify and on-board new partners for mobile advertising and carrier billing opportunity within the TRAI/RBI guidelines.
  • Work with Aggregator to scale up and onboard new merchants for carrier billing service.
  • Work with external partners for creating new products and solutions in mobile advertising and marketing category.
  • Project Management : Planning, execution and rollout of key projects across advertising and carrier billing verticals

 

Business Management

  • Partnership management: Responsible for close coordination with the business partners to sustain the growing trend of the business
  • Drive the growth of carrier billing business; Analyze the customer requirement and affinity; Run promotional campaigns; Scout for new partners
  • Manage couponing business; Sustain CXX 
  • Work closely with CS team for any customer feedback
  • Client on-boarding and Account management of key advertising partners
  • Campaign Management & Operations: Manage advertiser’s campaigns, right from campaign operations to media planning, and in-depth analysis of campaign performance reports to drive optimization for advertisers.
  • Coordinate with VIBS product/Sales team to acquire advertising requirements from LA/SME/SOHO clients
  • Revenue Reporting: MIS & Finance reporting and revenue reconciliations. Process ownership with internal finance for monthly closure on receivables and payables.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Previous experience in adtech
  • Experience in planning and managing media campaigns for advertisers.
  • Preferred experience from within agency or advertiser
  • Experience in planning for programmatic advertising
  • Rigorous driver of regularized tasks, planned activities and process adherence across internal cross functions and external partners.
  • Work with external partners to understand, capture & productize revenue opportunities.
  • Work with Internal cross functional departments to drive the implementation of product solutions and ensure smooth functioning of the AMB operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • 5+ years of related media/communications planning & campaign operations experience
  • Post Graduate/MBA degree preferred; specializing in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications preferred
  • Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
