Job Description

To support the factory operations by ensuring systematic implementation of HR strategy and processes in the factory.
To leverage human resources for higher productivity, greater quality and focus on cost optimization.
To maintain harmonious industrial relations.
To resolve the labor related issues with the unions amicably.
To maintain records and compile reports concerning employee data such as manpower cost, disciplinary details, OT & absenteeism.
To ensure compliance with all work norms and work practices for unionized employees as agreed in Long Term Agreement.
To build and maintain high level of Trust with Unions and ensure cordial harmonious industrial relations at the factory level.
To liaison with various Govt. authorities like ESI, PF, Labor, etc.
To ensure preparation & submission & control of all statutory records relating to labor related statutes.
To maintain proper documents for audits and coordinate mandatory audits.
To actively participate in TPM initiatives as per role.
To lead the recruitment process of badlis, managers and employees.


Requirements

Experience: 8-12 Years of experience of managing IR in a manufacturing unit.
Functional:Knowledge of Labor related Compliance,Grievance handling,Industrial Relations,Conflict Management.
