 About Alstom in India

Alstom has established a strong presence in India. Currently, the company is executing metro projects in several Indian cities including Chennai, Kochi and Lucknow where it is supplying Rolling Stock manufactured out its state of the art facility at SriCity in Andhra Pradesh. In the Mainline space, Alstom is executing Signalling & Power Supply Systems for the 343 Km. section on World Bank funded Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor. Phase 1 in the construction of the new electric locomotive factory for manufacturing and supply of 800 units of 12000HP locomotives is also complete at Madhepura, Bihar while the depot at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is ready to commence operation. OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

He/She will be HR Incharge for maintain HRIS system and data quality for entire D&IS organization, to maintain interface with various COE ,like TA , L&d Team for recruitment , trainings data.  Will be fully responsible for payroll, HRIS reporting?s , monitoring various HR KPI?s , HR analytics etc

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Functions leaders and Department Managers/ Employees  on HR topics

  • Headcount Management : Prepare and finalise Monthly HC report . Monitors HC movement month on month . Reconcile HC with Finance and ensure the alignment. Share monthly HC with Functions and align
  • Deploy ALPS/ HRIS, and assure sustainability of accuracy of data, and adhere to HR metrics to measure performances
  • Consolidate monthly Payroll inputs and liase with payroll team for entire business
  • Monitor various HR KPI?s related to Attrition, Diversity, attendance, etc
  • Prepare/ Update various monthly presentations like India BR Report, APAC presentation, other presentations as required
  • Monitors & consolidate attrition data. Conduct detailed attrition analysis on monthly basis and present in various forums as required
  • Monitors and consolidate all internal mobility and share with TM team month on month
  • Monitors Mandatory training completion rate and followup.
  • Act as point of contact for training nominations
  • Reporting and HR analytics and present to buisness
  • Support PE , TC & Other Functions HR lead in terms of data related to HC, Attrition, others as required
  • Support in organising Engagement activities
  • Consolidate monthly R&R report end of the month and present for management approvals
  • Provide HR support to Site Employees and Projects People as required

 

Qualifications & Skills: 

EDUCATION

MBA (preferably) with specialization in HR

EXPERIENCE / SKILL SET

  • 3 years HR/ Data Management  experience
  • Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
  • Experience in HR analytics, payroll and presentation preparation
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken
