Working Days :- 6 days working rotational week off .

Salary :- 11 k to 18 K

Job location :- Lucknow

Interview :- Face to Face

Roles and Responsibility :-

• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way .
• Identifying customer needs and helping the customer needs and helping customer .
• Assisting and guiding customer over chat regarding company polices and services .
• Following up regarding issues related to previous and ensuring the satisfaction of the customer .
• Above all a committed attitude towards the work .

Desired Candidate:-

Excellent communication Skills.

Fresher and Experienced both can apply .

English Should be Good .

Must be comfortable with the rotational shifts.

Able to resolve customers complains on chat.

Should have a problem solving attitude.

Candidate should be comfortable to work from office.
