Job Description

  • Increasing understanding of HSBC’s change execution risk profile in WPB and supporting proactive management of issues so that change is delivered safely and sustainably by the Businesses and Functions.
  • Communicate Change Execution Risk policy changes to Risk Owners and BSOs and review dispensations.
  • Provide education and policy oversight, challenging and guiding Risk Owners, Control Owners and BSOs to ensure adherence to policy.
  • Delivers opinions on the risks posed by the change portfolios and initiatives.
