Increasing understanding of HSBC’s change execution risk profile in WPB and supporting proactive management of issues so that change is delivered safely and sustainably by the Businesses and Functions.
Communicate Change Execution Risk policy changes to Risk Owners and BSOs and review dispensations.
Provide education and policy oversight, challenging and guiding Risk Owners, Control Owners and BSOs to ensure adherence to policy.
Delivers opinions on the risks posed by the change portfolios and initiatives.
