JOB PURPOSE

To develop and implement best-in-class strategies and practices for the Mass Retail Distribution channel and for the Organized Trade/Smart Phone selling outlets, leading to VIL acquiring the desired share of acquisitions and revenues generated by these channels. To leverage automation, efficiency tools and benchmarking to optimize costs and thereby ensure that VIL has the most efficient distribution setup in the industry.
