Expertise Required: Expertise required in team managament, analysis, method developement, HPLC, Gas Chromatography, LIMS, SAP

 

  • Leads the team of analytical chemist, contributing to the development and achievement of business objectives
  • Works with a high degree of independence on a major piece of work (planning,organising, acqquiring resources, etc.)
  • Ensure flexibility & effiecency in resource utilisation.Ensure that resources are kept optimally occupied between different activities of the function
  • Ensure the analytical results released from the group are of hight standard in time without delay
  • Self & team adherence to the SHE norms and QMS,NABL,ISO and other regulatory norms laid down by regulatory agencies.
  • Develop capability of people for current and futuristic roles
  • Have a bigger picture of ongoing projects beyond immediate delivery and provide input to various initiatives of plant,R & D and Maxpro in yield improvement and cost reduction
  • Well versed with the internal,vendor and customer audit/inspection to maintain and regulate the systems.
  • Knowledge of calibration of systems
  • basic knowledge of LIMS & SAP System
