Job Description
Purpose of
the Job: The role holder
will partner with Frozen Snacks Category Teams of ITC Foods Business. He/she
will engage with Line managers and Business leaders and make the best talent available
within defined timelines and budget, ensure employee connect, execute talent
management systems and design HR practices that support decision making to
achieve organizational objectives.
Operations:
1. Lead
the manpower planning for the Category
2. Ensure
recruitment requirements are met by collaborating with the central TA team.
3. Provide
support for the Annual Business planning – HR Plan
4. Administering
the Performance Appraisal cycle on time
5. Facilitate
appropriate actions/discussion for talent on the ‘top’ and bottom.
6. Transfer,
Exits, Manpower planning, Confirmation, HR related query handling, maintaining
the organization structures database and T&C exercise
7. Support
administration of incentives
People
Development and Engagement
1. iEngage
(Engagement Survey)– ensure implementation of the processes identified
2. Ensure
timely execution of Category Plan Cascade
3. Organise
inter-category regional meets
5. Draw up
career plans for employees on the basis of Career Conversations
Compliance
1. Drive transfers
and promotions in the category as per requirement
2. Notes
management as per Corporate Governance
Requirements
MBA HR /MSW, 3-5 years of experience. HRBP Experience
preferred. Candidates from FMCG/Manufacturing preferred.
