• Ensuring
  interface related to input data from all interface partners like Track-work,
  civil contractors, E&M and S&T contractors. Be the face of Siemens in all
  interface meetings. Coordinate with Project Manager, customer and Siemens
  design team related to all interface data and its application in design. Ensure
  approvals of Interface management plans, input data requirements and collection
  of interface data in a timely manner. 
  Timely and effective verbal and written communication with all
  stakeholders related to interface requirements. Conduct Interface meetings.
  Representation of the project in all decision-making bodies as required time to
  time under guidance of project manager. Responsible for all interfaces with
  Statutory Authorities – Utilities, labor compliances.
• Derivation of
  the comprehensive project objectives from the contract and offer documents.
  Preparation of the project planning and the required project documents.
  Ensuring compliance with defined procedures/processes for project controlling
  and reporting to project manager.
• For identified packages: coordination
  of the complex project implementation with national or international partners.
  If necessary, participation in negotiations with subcontractors, suppliers
  together with project manager. Ensuring that the project goals (Cost, Quality,
  Time, EHS, Stakeholder Satisfaction) defined with the customer and all project
  participants are achieved. Regular and strong focus on Contract & Claim
  Management and Risk & Opportunity Management. Conducting Lessons Learned
  workshop in periodic intervals and conclusion of the project under guidance of
  project manager.
• Coordination with site team members and leading them for all
  interface requirements is a compulsory criterion for this position.
  Representing Siemens at Site in front off customer representatives, EIG,
  statutory bodies and interface partners.
  • Responsible for material handling, store management and
    project security
  • Responsible for all compliance related issues at site
    particularly labour welfare and contractor management
  • Responsible for working under power and traffic blocks
  • Responsible for section energization with full safety and
    norms along with Project Manager
  • Responsible for closing punch list items
  • Responsible for handover of system/section along with
    Project Manager.
•  
• This is a key position and hence require skills for
  collaboration and close coordination with Project Manager, Project Team
  members, customer site representatives, EHSMip, QMip, RMip and scheduler. Should
  take proactive role in reporting Project Manager about the status of the
  project and critical issues.
• Responsible
  for all requirements fulfillment of the particular package and periodic entry
  in DOORS along with Project Manager and RMip
• Responsible
  for site Quality audit along with Project Manager and Qmip.
• Responsible
  for TBT, LMRA and site walk along with Project Manager and EHSMip.
• Responsible
  for combined services drawings input preparation along with design team.
• Responsible
  for GFC drawings preparation with design team and ensure all site interfaces
  are considered
• Responsible
  for System Integration as per contract requirements.
• Installation Works of ROCS & FOCS (25KV OHE), Supervision of
  Contractor’s work, Time, EHS & Quality, Coordination with Site Manager
• Customer representatives at site, Consultant representatives at
  site, Suppliers and Contractors and interface authorities, Statutory Authorities
  – Utilities, labor compliances, JV partners if any
• Project Manager, Site Manager, EHSMip, QMip, Team Members

·       You
should have total experience of 7-10 (10 years for Diploma) years along with Degree
in Electrical Engineering along with experience in Site Management for ROCS and
FOCS with other system for metro rail network, Indian Railway.

·       You should
have bachelor’s degree or Diploma in electrical engineering.

·       You
carry minimum 7-10 years (10 years for Diploma) of experience in Rigid OCS
& Flexible OCS (for 25KV OHE) for Interface, Installation, testing &
Commissioning in metro rail or Indian Railway projects.

·       Site
Management experience for 5 years in metros, Indian Railways

·       You are
fluent in English.
