Manager HR, Capability T&A/Generalist

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company. They factor in the long-term goals of an organization and acknowledge that people play a huge role in a companys future successes. 

Job Description :

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  • Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews if possible
  • Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications

  • Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
  • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

– Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.

– Recruitment for PER/contract Staff

– Sourcing & screening the Profiles

– Client Interaction

– Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle

– Distributing the requirement into the team and fulfilling the requirement and achieving the desired target

– Develop sourcing strategies

– Identifying& sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, head hunting, existing database etc

– Strategize recruitment plans.

– Map the market for availability of resources.

– Responsible for vendor management.

– Volume hiring

– Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.

– Coordinating interview, follow up with clients and candidates

entering all activities in database in a timely manner.

– Responsible for candidates joining.

– Drafting job posting on the portals

Candidate Profile

The Candidate should necessarily have :

– People management skills, leadership skills, Proficient in MS-office , Good presentation skill, Excellent communication and Strong interpersonal & negotiating skills

– The candidate must be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader

– Strong working knowledge of staffing solution skills

– Must possess a high degree of artfulness and tact in managing issues and difficult situations

– People with experience in staffing/ recruitment consultancy would be given preference

– Ability to work independently, exercise discretion and take prudent decisions.

– Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast changing business needs.

– Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.

– Experience in recruitment management and in bulk recruitment.

– Minimum 1 year experience is must in Staffing.

– Sound recruiting skills, knowledge of various recruiting methods and channels

– Able to interact with all levels of Management and external providers

– Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously
