Job Purpose

To manage and drive sales through distribution in order to attain market leadership in the given territory, through growth in net sales and revenues.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Sales:

  • Coordinate sales reports by managing schedules, periodically filing/sharing and communicating important reports to relevant down streams.

 

Revenue:

  • Monitor progress/trends against specific sales KPIs and identify shortcomings and suggest improvements wherever required
  • Support SH/VH in preparation of monthly decks and coordinate with zones on bringing uniformity in reports being flashed
  • Drive New Projects (Transformation & Automation) to meet changing business processes in line with organization strategy.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Access, SQL server.
  • Good communication skills and data analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle deadlines
  • Cross functional co-ordination
  • Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in relevant field.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate / MBA
