MT Chain Engagement

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities 

Deliver revenue & sales targets for Modern Trade & SPO business

Monitor and increase Promoter Productivity
Monthly PJP setting and tracking of Team Leader
Ensure VISA (Vodafone Idea Sales Academy)
 adherence on attendance and training
Key MT-SPO-KRO visit to be done
 as per defined PJP
Carry out OJT
People Management
TL & Promoterincentive earning
Promoter R&R Program
Promoter monthly attrition – execute agreed action
Gate Meeting – TGT vs ACH/HSW/R&R
Shopper Activation
Drive shopper activation as per design shared by Circle/Corp
Liasioning with Zonal Team
Part of Zonal review on performance & support sought

 
 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience 

Good Communication Skill, Good presentation skill, Result Driven, Team Management, Data Analysis
Having an experience in distribution management, team building & management, Promoter Handling

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Basic Computer proficiency – MS Excel
Graduate/ Preferably MBA

Should own a 2W/ 4W

Must have a valid 2W/ 4W Driving License

Extensive travelling will be required
