Roles and Responsibilities:

Creating job postings and putting them up online on job portals
Communicating by phone, email, and in-person with job candidates to figure out things like availability and hiring timelines
Interviewing potential job applicants to assess them on knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics.
Maintaining Excel and contact past applicants for new job opportunities.

Timely submission of resumes as per the position to recruit candidates within a pre-set time frame for continued business productivity
