Job Purpose:

The Order Intelligence Tool Manager role is an integral part of CTC marketing Team. The OIT lead will work very closely with the marketing team members to arrive at appropriate offer options and possible designs. The offers will also depend on market and channel dynamics which are closely monitored by the marketing team. The OIT lead will be responsible for coordinating with global team on generating offers on key brands

Key Responsibilities:-

  • The OIT Manager will be responsible for coordinating with global team on generating offers on key brands
  • This will be based on a continuous analysis of brand sales, off takes, retailer and Stockist preferences for the key brands.
  • Once the output is received, analysis on the success of the offers, iterative designs to arrive at the optimal changes/ offers on a dynamic and continuous basis will be an imperative output for this role.
  • The OIT lead will be involved in augmenting uptakes of the offers.
  • Interface with global CTC Team on the OIT Tool offers, design, loading, reporting etc on the tool
  • Work closely with the Marketing & sales teams on the content, requirement gathering.
  • Day-to-day query handling from the sales teams across the country
  • Training of the new team members and on the updates for the tool
  • Analysis of uptake and outcomes from the offers
  • Knowledge of application based tools and customer journeys on an app to improve outcomes and experience on the app

A. Educational Background:-

1. Minimum Level of Education – Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent level of education.

Area of Specialization – The job holder is required to have a broad knowledge of healthcare systems, consumer marketing & business acumen in

India.

2. Preferred Level of Education – Master’s degree

Area of Specialization – Marketing. With experience in sales functions as well

B. Job-Related Experience:-

Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required – Minimum 5 years’ experience including sales and marketing. Including exposure to consumer industry / Channel marketing in Pharma

Application of Knowledge:-

  • Marketing & Technology capability requirement
  • Considerable knowledge of marketing products or services
  • Incisive analytical and strategic skills
  • Understanding of the principles of marketing and the ability to apply these principles.
  • In-depth understanding of the Technology platforms, its behaviors & how to influence it for business goals

Problem Solving & Innovation:-

  • Understanding of a highly complex market, the pharmaceutical industry, the customer groups and the relevant influences
  • Ensure co-operation between marketing and other departments to ensure effective strategy implementation
  • Develop insight and understanding of the customer and the market
  • Show initiative and creativity in the development & interpretation of the OIT strategy
  • Communication of the brand strategy through the tool
  • Pro-active in the adjustment or development of strategic alternatives
  • Innovative thinking for technology solutions and adaptation
