Pilot Co-Pilot Engagement Manager (PCEM)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage the existing pool of pilots and co-pilots in SCC. Track their attendance, working hours
& leaves and ensure that they are having a productive and satisfied job experience. Behaviour
Monitoring & Reporting – Uniform, Code of conduct etc.

2. Actively recruit new pilots and co-pilots in partnership with HR team, as per SOP

3. Ensure proper training on food safety, personal hygiene and road safety to each pilot and co-
pilot.

4. Ensure proper documentation for all trucks & Pilots- No vehicle or pilot documents to expire.

5. Preventive maintenance schedule compliance check & feedback

6. Maintain the trip-wise pilot ratings and ensure variable pay is being disbursed as per the
ratings.

7. Ensure salary disbursement within the defined period.

8. Conduct weekly, monthly and spot R&R for pilots and co-pilots. Organize engagement
activities in partnership with HR team.

9. Ensure each trip is done following proper SOP without any non-compliance related to food
safety, truck maintenance and road safety, Thermal Scanning of trucks etc in partnership with
quality team

Create a culture of making each pilot/co-pilot feel a part of the Organization and build loyalty towards the Organization

Desired Candidate Profile

B-Tech/M.B.A with 0-2 years experience/ any graduate with minimum 2 years experience.
70% throughout academics.
