1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: Executive Sales Operation (On-Role)
Reports to: B2B- lead/ other assigned person
Department: Supply Chain
Division: Corporate – Noida

Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. Indias leading food service Company is the master franchisee for Dominos Pizza and Dunkin’ Donuts in South Asia – India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
Jubilant also runs a successful franchise of Domino’s Pizza in Sri Lanka & Bangladesh. JFL remains open to exploring opportunities to grow business. Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd also runs business which includes Popeyes, Dunkin, ChefBoss, Ikdum, and Hongs’ Kitchen. B2B is a new business company has got into which is under supply chain to leverage the strengths it has created
3. JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Business Development:
. Be the market lead for assigned geography
. Generate & acquire new leads of potential customers – Stand Alones & Local/Regional Chains
. Convert new customers into PWA coverage after 2 billings
. Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service market
. Do market mapping and track reach – deliver new accounts and volume targets every month
. Identify new opportunities for business growth
. Manage post sales activities as per need (escalate if required)
. Provide market inputs for business improvement
. Competition mapping and reporting on activities and offer
New market Development:
. Work on assigned market for our product launch
. Expand business / product portfolio with existing customers
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
. Experience of 1-3 years within food industry , willing to take challenges (field working hours:12Pm-8Pm)
. Minimum Graduate with Food Background, immediate joiner
. Good understanding of local market (NCR) and nearby & need to have 2 wheeler with DL
. Strong business orientation and commitment to goals
. Good communication & Collaborative skills
. Understanding customer’s business requirements and presenting our solutions and creating valuable partnerships
. Understanding of Food Service industry landscape, customer profile
. Willingness to work in market 6 days a week and work hard
. Willingness to work in start-up culture with fast evolving business model
