Solution Architect

Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the Core 3 team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

 

You will:

Handle LTE

• Good understanding of LTE with hands on experience on RAN products,Radio parameters, key performance Indicators and Features
• Minimum 10-12 years of experience with at least 5 years of LTE experience: both FDD and TDD
• Well versed on Ericsson system/parameters/KPIs, features and tools
• Added value if has worked on Huawei system and good understanding on Huawei products, Parameters. KPIs and features
• Performed basic drive test and on- field parameter tuning for LTE
• Layer management and understanding the different events and trigger mechanism
• Hands on experience on Radio performance reporting tools e.g OSS, ENM, MYCOM or similar tools in other vendors/operators

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

• Education: Bachelors in Electronics & Communications or equivalent
• Minimum years of experience: 10
• Exp with 5G
• Has understanding of the concepts of NR/LTE interworking
• Responsible for monitoring, Steering and optimizing the NR/LTE layers
• Expand sites and migrate users
• Improve processes and ways of working
• Participate in customer discussions
• Take ownership to follow up on issues and customer concerns
• Interface and collaborate with other Managed Services teams and project teams as required
• Solve RF faults, perform interference analysis and provide recommendations
• Ensure the timely and efficient execution of tasks

 

Additional Requirements:

• Added skill if available for Python language
• Worked on automations to improve WoW
