1. JOB DETAILS:
Position Title: CTA Executive ( Talent Acquisition )
Reports to: Regional HR Head
Department: Human Resource
Division: Ahmedabad
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure quality hiring at all levels as per quarterly recruitment plan with new innovation in recruitment sources
including the visit to various institutes.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description Performance Indicators
Recruitment:
Shift Managers :
• People plan Half yearly and monthly circle wise in coordination
with business development team for future business plan and
attrition trend to forecast Managers requirement.
• Analysis of various sources of hiring based on target group and
provide sourcing plan to recruiters.
• Conducting Interviews and finalization of offers to shortlist as per
TA policy. Half Yearly and quarterly people plan.
Shift manager recruitment tracker.
Cost per hire TrackerRestaurant Managers and Above :
• Annual People plan circle wise for Guest Delight Manager and
Above
• Sourcing of candidates for Restaurant managers and above people,
coordinating and conducting first round of interviews for
candidates
• Coordinate with RHR and RM for Restaurant Managers for final
round of interviews.
• Salary Negotiation and finalization of candidates
Bench Plan for Critical Positions in restaurants:
• Bench Planning for critical Positions identified like Guest Delight
Sr. Assistant Manager and Deputy District Managers
• Ensure 33% Sr. Assistant Guest Delight Managers and MIT Guest
Delight Managers mix and minimum 6% Deputy District Manager
and MIT DDM & DM mix in restaurants and ensure appropriate
nos should be present in each circle Annual GDM plan

• Support function hiring plan as per budgets.
• Coordinate with concerned functional heads at regional and
corporate level as per TA policy for closing of budgeted positions

6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
. Qualification – MBA-HR
. Experience – 1- 1.5 years of experience in hard core recruitment function.
