Job Description
1. Responsible for making outbound calls(in UK) and regular follow up on leads assigned.
2. Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
3. Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade /renew the packages.
4. Address all the issues / grievances of customers and help them with a
solution
5. Strictly adhere to the process requirements
6. Able to achieve deadlines and target as assigned
7. Responsible for generating Leads and interacting with customer based inUK
