Position Title: Customer Service-RM
Report To-Team Leader
Languages required – English & Hindi (Excellent Communication Skills)
Function: Customer Service/Up-selling/Cross Selling
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India
Salary: 3.00 LPA TO 4.50 LPA

Job Description:

  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • Solving quires of financial Products/Insurance Policy to the leads given by the company.
  • To offers an upgrade or premium version of the products.To offer add-ons to increase the functionality of the product.
  • To increase the total sale through upselling.
  • To introduce customers with new options of products adding with the existing one.
  • Listen to your customer's needs and goals:
  • Display your higher-end products and services:
  • Offer side-by-side comparisons of Products & Services.
  • To promote customers to purchase add on products.

Applicant Eligibility: Graduates/Post-Graduates/MBA (Preferred) with Minimum 6 month -3 year of experience in customer Services can apply for a better salary & Future.
