Job description

  • Overseeing the customer service process.
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  • Creating policies and procedures.
  • Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
  • Solving quires of financial Products/Loans to the leads given by the company.
  • Assisting customers in sale of a range of financial products on phone.
  • Role entails working only in Day shift.
  • Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
  • Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
  • Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
  • Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers.
  • Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes.
  • Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
  • Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Flexible to work in 6 days, roster off environment.
  • Should be able to converse in English and Hindi efficiently
  • Good selling and negotiations skills
  • Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
  • Minimum 0 to 1 year experience in working in the areas of Sales

Remuneration/Perks and Benefits: 2.4LPA to 3.6 LPA +Unlimited incentives
