Job Purpose
|
The purpose of the role is to support charging consolidation, operate & manage PAN India IN platforms, Circle governance of IN services & end to end service availability of VIL IN Nodes , Focus on Customer experience , reduction in revenue leakage, Security and Compliance governance for IN platforms, Critical Patch rollout

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- Responsible for end to end operations of Prepaid Charging Platform and Governance of circle operations.
- Extend expertise/support to circle operations teams in achieving operational excellence & improve performance.
- Responsible for flawless execution of new software release roll out across locations
- Responsible for IN outage handling and co-ordination among multi- vendor in event of any major service disturbance PAN India
- Responsible for SLA tracking of OEM and ensuring critical/major tickets closed as per target
- Security and Compliance for IN Platform
- Operational Processes review, update and rollout. Critical/Major Patch roll out Planning, MOP review and rollout

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- Around 8 -10 years of Experience in IN / VAS Network Operation
- Domain expertise of IN / VAS Network components and interfaces and architectures
- Knowledge of CAMEL & Diameter protocol. Should be able to do analysis on traces/tcpdump
- IP infra, Security and Compliance standards, Security Audit knowledge will be added advantage
- Sound knowledge of Prepaid Voice/SMS/USSD/Data charging call flows
- Should have prior experience of working in Operations domain and aware about operational processes
- Should have strong experience in People management

- B.E / B Tech
- Electronics / Telecommunication / Computer / IT Engineering
- Should have knowledge of ITIL / ITSM Processes
- Security/Compliance certificate will be added advantage
- Process Automation understanding
