Job Purpose

This role leads the area of Network Asset Management (NSS), Secondary Logistics operation, Opex WH & Tradable distribution across Pan-India level (Covers Circle and Corporate).

This position spearheads Policy formation, Periodic guidance, Compliance and Performance management in the above areas of Commercial operations on PAN India level.

This role requires both sharp strategic outlook and in-depth knowledge of on-ground SCM operations. This role involves interactions with multiple stakeholders.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  1. Maintain NSS adherence and Performance management in warehouse operation. Overall governance in NSS, identify and implement synergies and best practices in circles
  2. Develop National vendor for Logistics (Secondary Logistics & Courier) operations. Drive Cost optimization, timely contract management in circles
  3. PAN India Opex warehouse and Inventory management.
  4. Driving improvements in warehousing operations in close coordination  with circle SCM teams
  5. Driving improvements KPI’s across circles. Monitoring the TATs of key activities across India on month on month basis
  6. Drive projects in Commercial function around people, processes and systems
  7. Coordinate with Commercial SSC team for – Process implementation, Supply Chain Governance

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  1. Strong professional background in SCM
  2. Knowledge of NSS and warehousing is must
  3. Expertise in driving SCM processes governance and effective compliance
  4. Ability to drive teams and people for improvement

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Graduate (Any stream)

MBA (preferred)
