Role    General Manager – Rewards & Recognition CoE
Function    Corporate HR
Sub function    Rewards
Job Purpose    •    To analyse, develop & partner in implementing Compensation & Benefits practices and Recognition framework for VIL
•    Lead Rewards CoE for VIL subsidiaries 
•    To manage International Mobility and related initiatives and support the CHRO in Headcount Reporting & Cost Analytics nationally across all functions and bands at VIL.

 

Key Accountabilities    

1.    To develop and lead the framework for national Rewards & Recognition at VIL, towards building a culture of encouragement for excellence and driving desired behaviours:
•    Designing, implementing and driving  a national recognition framework 
•    Creating effective communication plan and awareness around the R&R framework
•    Governance of the R&R program
•    Digitization of R&R to enable a consistent and enhanced employee experience

2.    OE Portfolio: Headcount & Cost Analytics and Reporting: 
•    Managing and assisting with CHRO and business/internal stakeholders for tracking, governance and analysis of function and band wise cost efficiencies
•    Leading the Manpower Planning & Cost Budgeting exercise for VIL and its subsidiaries
•    Responsible for Headcount Reporting and tracking of Synergy Savings
•    Rewards Analytics and Insights

3.    International Mobility Management: 
•    Partnering with Central IM team and IM Champions from other Vodafone locations for supporting assignment related movements/benefits/costs, and all other initiatives pertaining to assignees
•    Managing Annual Variable Pay payouts and SBU reviews for assignees

4.    Lead Rewards CoE for other entities and subsidiaries of VIL:
•    Manage CoE activities for VIL subsidiaries such as VISSL, YBB, etc.
•    Set up and review Rewards framework for VISSL and Senior Leadership at YBB and support other legal entities for similar scope.
•    Responsible for ensuring alignment of Rewards and Policies during inter entity movements/transitions
•    Liaison with subsidiaries management team for milestone Rewards deliverables

5.    Rewards & Benefits Benchmarking, Market Study and Analysis:
Co-owning and partnering with both internal and external stakeholders in sourcing & analysis of industry/market data to aid in Rewards decision making and policy development. Partnering with external consultants on salary benchmarking surveys etc. to gather market competitive data 
6.    Study, Develop and Review defined Compensation and benefits Processes
•    Partnering in designing & implementation of Annual Pay Review Cycle, Promotion cycles, LTIP/STIP Plans
•    Monitoring and providing design support to Consumer & Enterprise HRBPs to make the SIP framework effective with changing market dynamics
•    Building Digital Rewards and driving the Digital Rewards Agenda for the CoE

7.    Drive, Monitor and provide Guidance to Cluster Rewards SPOCs for effective reach and implementation of various national Rewards Processes as well as employee policies

8.    Develop and drive Rewards Capability Building initiatives for Cluster Rewards SPOCs to enhance Domain knowledge and building internal talent pool.
