About: 


Accountable for L&D, Talent Management and Employee Engagement initiatives – National rollouts and Cluster level initiatives

  • Drive Training need assessment, design and roll out cluster specific / National capability building initiatives as per need. Leverage E learning and drive penetration and utilization
  • Execute the national Talent Management agenda and drive TM initiatives at cluster in close partnership with the HRBP-Ops and CLT.
  • Drive new joinee experience in the cluster through design and execution of cluster specific / National onboarding and induction practices.
  • Enable DAC based talent pipeline creation and internal career opportunities
  • Design and execute local engagement initiatives and execute National Employee Engagement initiatives
  • People Survey- Analyze the Pulse survey report and cascade the same to stakeholders. Drive the Functional / cluster action plan through prioritization.  
  • Design and partner CLT in delivering actions to build a preferred place to work.
