Job Purpose

Tool based optimization of 2G, 3G & LTE through SON, Schema, Anritsu Probe

Key Result Areas/ Accountabilities

  • Supporting Radio Quality team to improve 2G, 3G & LTE layer KPIs
  • Identifying performance improvement opportunities from SON and their successful implementation
  • Maintaining SON Success Rate and attain position within top 3 Nokia Circles
  • Performance Improvement through trails of various features & parameters 

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Experience in Radio Performance Optimization of 2G/3G/LTE
  • Experienced in working over multi-RAT & multi-layer Radio network

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • BE/BTech
  • 10 – 15 year experience in Radio network performance optimization

Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintaining SON Success Rate above 95%
  • Radio network performance improvement via Feature & parameter optimization
