Core competencies, knowledge and experience

Good understanding of the service provider core, access technologies and services and ability to translate the requirement into technical solutions.
Proficient in implementing L2&L3 services on service provider network.
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in designing & managing complex solutions for fixed line data services ISP network.
Experience in multi service & multivendor (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei etc.) with ability to design the available features into innovative solution.
Practical experience of routing protocols EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP and MPLS technology and QOS, Multicast with proven Experience in Cisco IOS, IOS- XR, IOS-XE., RADB, various CPE models, MWAN, SDWAN services.

Good interaction experience with partners, industry technical forums and standards bodies

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Understanding of customer requirement and validate and design the solution for IP VPN services and Internet Services with low level (LLD) designs.
Feasibility study and release HLD/LLD for implementation and MOP for implementation/ service migration.
Acts as single point of contact for all global solutions and support NOC / business teams in implementation.
Provide key technical compliance to complex solutions/RFPs.
Testing of new solutions /products/CPEs in lab environment.
Create solution template for standard services and customization of standard templates for complex requirement
Automation of complex solutions and customised solution templates in OSS.
