Job Purpose
|
- Efficiently and economically manage other service provider service delivery.
- Accountable Liaising with Circle Technology, NOC and other service providers to DFT and VBSPO and Shared service so that the teams adhere to their respective TAT
|

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- Executes delivery of circuits from Other Service Providers (OSP) for driving VIBS Service Delivery.
- Ensure governance of process adherence, effective project management of OSP deliveries while ensuring adherence to the Vodafone values.
- Co-ordinate end to end Service delivery of off-net deliveries with circles, partners to meet the customer expectation.
- Drive quality; audit initiatives and raise the benchmark continuously to improve customer experience.
- Evolve SLA and KPI driven operations across OSP’s to provide best in class customer experience for Business team on Service Delivery Domain.
- Engage with MS partners, partners and SD teams to drive VBS vision objective.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- 10 + year experience in the field of project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a Telecom Service delivery function
- Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services
- Project Management skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications
|
- Commercially astute
- Ability to structure and prioritize workloads around customer and business requirements
- Ability to manage dynamic, high- growth, high- uncertainty environments
Educational Qualifications
Graduate, with minimum of a bachelor’s degree, Technical background is must.
