This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by optimal and effective use of all the Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management tools to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
Responsible for overall administration of all the Nokia RAN Performance/Experience monitoring and optimization tools in respective circle, including drive testing tools.
Routine monitoring of all the network changes performed by SON and closely coordinate with the Central SON team in parametric tuning for optimal network experience
Effective routine use of Geo-location tools in trouble shooting network/customer issues, analysis of 2G/4G network coverage tropology, interference metrics, in-building coverage, traffic distribution, handover, handset analytics etc
AFP using SCHMA and Scrambling Code/PCI planning using tools
Geo-location Tools
HNI / Enterprise customer performance monitoring
Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing the insight from tools and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
In-depth technical knowledge in Nokia Radio network parameters & optimization (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE/5G)
Excellent domain knowledge and on- field optimization experience
Hands on experience with tools like Arieso, TEMS, NEMO, Atoll, Ultima Forte etc
Very good analytical skills to trouble shoot network quality KPI degradation/ customer complaints
People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination.
Must have technical / professional qualifications
B.Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 8+ years of experience
