• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues , questions and concerns swiftly.
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
• Identifying customer needs and helping the customer .
• Monitor customer complaints and provide resolution .

Required Candidates:-

• Fresher and Experienced both can apply .
• Graduate can apply .
• English Should be Good .
• Must be ok with voice process.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure.
• Able to resolve customer 's queries.
• Should have a problem solving attitude.

Working days :- 6 Days Rotational Shift

week off :- Rotational week off

Location :- Lucknow

Salary :- 14.5 k ctc to 22 k ctc
