Job Purpose
|
Manage RFP for Radio Products, Contract renewals, and vendor evaluation for 2G, 3G, and 4G Radio Products. Explore new products and solutions which are cost efficient, Compact and energy efficient. This job position is responsible for Ericsson and Huawei Circles
|

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- RFP Management for 2G/3G/4G and future technologies.
- Vendor Product/Solution Evaluation.
- Radio Solution finalization & BOQ Closure.
- New products trial & introduction in network.
- Life cycle management of Radio products.

|
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- Vendor Management.
- Relevant work experience in Telecom across 2G, 3G, 4G, M-MIMO technologies.
- Good understanding about macro & Small cell products and Solutions.
- Good understanding of Radio access technologies like GSM, UMTS, LTE-FDD, LTE-TDD, LTE-CAT-M, NB-IoT, LAA, 5G NR-SA and NSA mode.
- Knowledge of 3GPP standards, Drive test & OSS KPI’s for 2G, 3G, 4G.

Must have technical / professional qualifications
|
- Understanding of Basics of Radio propagation and RF design.
- Experience in handling different Vendor products
- Sound knowledge on Radio Network planning, design and solution
- 10+ years of experience in Radio Network Planning
- Educational Qualifications
- Graduate, with minimum BE or B.Tech , preferred in Electronics & communications engineering.
